I admire those who embody this trait in their journey. COVID-19 brought unforgettable experiences globally. South Africa, too, witnessed remarkable acts from young entrepreneurs. They faced uncertainty with unwavering courage, rebuilding businesses without clear guidance. This courageous leadership inspired me. Amidst adversity, I observed emerging qualities worth sharing with African creative entrepreneurs focused on growth.

Stay curious and open to learning

A crisis is ruled by unfamiliarity and uncertainty, COVID-19, an unprecedented crisis, blindsided most entrepreneurs and businesses. Supply chain issues, team problems, and operational disruptions quickly emerged as challenges. Leaders had to adapt swiftly and learn Behaviours that help leaders manage a crisis. Since it was a novel event, we were clueless. Days unfolded with unpredictable futures. As the crisis escalated, uncertainty engulfed us. Panic gripped some, leaving them in a tight spot. Yet, growth-focused entrepreneurs embraced curiosity. They embarked on a journey of discovery, unearthing previously unknown possibilities.

By remaining composed and collected, they sustain the unwavering focus needed for success.
